Commencement

What was expected to just be an appointment with the site supervisor to discuss the build, resulted in site preparation works and a level block. So its kick-off!

We heard the sound of machinery early morning (sorry neighbours) and quickly realised that it was coming from our block.  The appointment with our site supervisor was at 9:15, but by the time we turned up the Bobcat had already scrapped all the top soil with vegetation and heaped it ready to be loaded onto the dump truck and taken to the tip. This unfortunately just had to be. Anyway, just a few more hours later and the pad for the house was completely flat ready to be pegged.
