Authority to Commence Construction

The contract clock starts tomorrow 3rd May 2017. Chelbrooke were given the authority to commence construction by the bank today (2nd of May).  Site preparation likely to start around mid May, typically 10 working days once authority is given.  The contracted completion date will start count down from the 16th May (the tenth working day from 3rd of May).  Insurance cover for construction works commences on the 18th of May 2017.

We received the first item for the house today, the kitchen sink, well actually the butler's pantry sink.
