Council Approval
We received Council approval today on the house plans and the certificate of currency for the insurance coverage on construction.
We now just have to provide a letter from the bank that the loan is ready to commence progress payments for the stages of build. It has been over two month since we have signed the contract on the 18 February 2017. It did have a delay due to the change of retaining wall.
