Currently at the pre-construction phase while the plans are provided to the council for approval. The council approval process is expected to take somewhere between 4 - 8 weeks.
We started this adventure in April of 2016 and made the decision to knock-down a house that we had lived in for 7 years and tenanted out for 4 years. As it is now February 2017 and have only just finalised our drawings there is a back story that needs to be told.
